How do I log into my account?
Just register with your account by clicking on "Log In" at the top of any page on our website. Just log in with your credentials to see information about your order when you have created an account during your purchase. 
You simply select "Create an Account" using the information you provided during the check-out process if your account wasn't created for you at the time you bought. You will automatically be linked to your account once you have followed the creation steps of your account.
What forms of payment does the shop have?
You can pay for purchases using a major credit card, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and PayPal. Start shopping Tillyou!
Why does my promo code not work?
Expiration dates and other terms apply to promo codes. If the promo code does not work, please check the terms and conditions listed where the promo code was given to you.
Do you offer Free Shipping? 
Of course! Any order with a subtotal of $50 or more receives free shipping. 
Please bear in mind that if you apply a discount code at checkout, your subtotal may go below $50, making you ineligible for free delivery.
Where is my order confirmation email?
When an order is placed an email will be sent automatically. If you did not receive it, please check your spam/junk folder as well.
How long does it take to get my products?
Your order will be delivered in 4-7 business days. As each component of your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number for that item.

                             

How do I check my order status?
After purchase and shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you are able to track where your order is! You can also log in to your account or create an account to see your entire purchase history, as well as all updates and current status associated with your orders.
Can I cancel my order?
We're sad to hear this. However, Tillyou want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you need to cancel your order, simply reply to any of your confirmation emails, send us an email at hi@tillyou.com, and we will gladly assist you. 

Unfortunately, once an order has been submitted, it is immediately processed. Under normal conditions, getting your order dispatched quickly is a positive thing! Custom orders cannot be canceled after they have been submitted. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it., once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it.
My delivery didn't come to an end.
We're sorry you're having trouble. Please send an email to hi@tillyou.com with your order number and tracking information, and we would be pleased to support you in locating your package or replace your shipment if required.
My tracking shows that my package was delivered, but I never received it. What options do we have?
Your order may be marked as delivered by the shipping carrier before it reaches you. Please wait at least 24-48 hours to check if your package arrives. 

 If you still haven't received your things, please contact our customer service team at hi@tillyou.com as soon as possible. The customer has up to 15 days after the shipment was deemed delivered to contact us. After 15 days, we are unable to assist with lost packages that have been deemed delivered. Please note that refunds will not be given on packages declared "delivered"; instead, we will be able to provide a replacement.
