Shipping Policy

Shipping to the USA

Shipping : Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
 *Processing Time: 1- 2 working day
 (Orders placed during a weekend or vacation are ready to be shipped within the next two business days. )

 Shipping Time: 3 -5 working day
 You will receive an e-mail notification from us as soon as your shipment has been sent.You can also track and view orders
 Our standard carrier is Fedex and We do not dispatch to P.O. boxes, APOs/ FPOs or Freight Forwarding Facilities.

Shipping cost: Get free same day delivery on orders $39.If your order does not reach $39, you need to pay an expedited shipping fee of $3.

Lost packages

If you have a lost or missed packages, please contact us at tillyouofficial@hotmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Any claims submitted after the 7-day period may be rejected. Please note Tillyou is not responsible for lost or unreceived orders caused by a customer's address entry error.

 Exchanges

Items are only replaced if they are defective or damaged within 14 days after receipt. Send us an email and take a picture of the items you received at tillyouofficial@hotmail.com if you need to exchange it for the same item.  

We hope you enjoy the shopping experience on Tillyou but in case you don’t, within 14 days of shipment, you can return the goods that you have purchased from tillyou.com for a full refund.

1.Return Conditions Items non-eligible for returns or exchanges:
   -Items without an original receipt or gift receipt.
   -Monogrammed items -Gift cards
   -Made to Order items, including custom blankets
   -Final sale items (with prices ending in $.X7 or $.X9)
   -Items damaged through normal wear and tear

2.For items not bought on tillyou.com we do not accept returns. Please refer to the company you bought from like Amazon or anywhere else than tillyou.com for a return policy.

3.If the item is defective, damaged or received the wrong product, please check your order on reception and contact us immediately to make an assessment of the item and correct it.

4.The returned package must include all promotional gifts you. Otherwise, the promotional gift's retail value will be deducted from the refund.

How to start your return and receive refunds?

1. Please contact us at tillyouofficial@hotmail.com to start a return. If your return is accepted, a shipping return label, together with instructions on how and where to send your package, will be sent to you. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will be refused.

2. Package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing. We will arrange staff to pick up the goods.

3. After receiving and inspection of your return, we will e-mail you and let you know if your refund has been approved or denied.

4. Your refund will be processed if you are approved, and refunds are given to the original payment method.

5. If you haven't received your refund yet, double-check your bank accountand get in touch with your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund is posted.

*Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Tillyou will only be responsible for the shipping charges of the damage items.
